A Meme I had made

I loved the Dinkleberg meme quite a lot that I decided to make my own and, yes, Toki did make mexico a state, as a matter of fact, that is why she cannot go back to Texas anymore (and, whenever she does, sometimes, some people try to shoot at her). How exactly she did that, well, she destroyed the border that separates Mexico and the US and the countries agreed that Mexico merge with them. Of course, the reason for the meme saying what its saying, is well because Toki doing what she did is not a good thing, if you take a different perspective as to why she did it.
