For one, her teeth that are sticking out, are incisors, they just happen to look like fangs.  From unsaid reasons and from what is know, she attends a remedial school and is sort of a free-spirited wild one who does whatever she so happens to want to do, regardless of what occurs or the consequences in the process. At the most, she is about sixteen or seventeen.
