'Resentful Sister'

To elaborate a tad on this, her eyes are supposed to be tsurime eyes, accentuated by her makeup. Like the "Worried Sister", she has a lot of multicultural influences, none out of place in a fantasy. 

The reason for the veil on her head is to convey a bit of status, along with age, as she is older than the worried one. Likewise, that would explain her makeup and how its done, along with the number earrings in her ear (the worried one has four, while she has five).  Her makeup around her mouth makes her look serpentine, which was intentional, as she isn't something to be messed with. 

On the note of her clothes, well, she is wearing a shawl over a poncho (the which her arms are hidden under), which in turn is being worn over some kind of jacket, which is being born over a kimono like garment (if that's what it is, it might actually be something else.

I don't know how long I took with working on her and, like the other one, she also has no name.
