Toki-Doki Rose

Toki's antagonistic child and, yes, her teddy bear has a knife in it. She is usually in a bad mood and is more than willing to destroy cities and cut someone to whom she doesn't like, regardless of what happens. She is also extremely brainy and is very unaffectionate towards her mother but will not harm her. That and she is one evil looking baby

BTW: the "Toki-Doki" part isn't really apart of her name any more than it is, well, an optional extension or a title.
